He started his professional career in the Emepa Group in 2009, where he worked until 2017, reaching the category of Senior Lawyer of Corporate Legal Affairs Management. He advised on public and private tenders and the elaboration of contracts, being responsible for contentious processes and administrative procedures of the companies of the group. In December 2017 he joined Pozo Gowland Abogados, working in the areas of Administrative, Regulatory, and Public Service Law.

He works in Administrative Law and Public Services matters. He provides advice to transport companies (rail), construction companies in public and private works, and public services. He participates in public and private tenders, drafting and negotiating administrative contracts. He has experience in Tax Law and administrative procedures, judicial and extrajudicial processes related to the Electric and Rail Regulatory Framework, public works, and regulation of public services.
