We have extensive experience in the review and analysis of companies, their assets and liabilities, and in the performance of “due diligence”.

We act in the negotiation and closing of share purchase agreements, goodwill transfers, shareholder agreements, operating and management agreements, including actions before the National Commission for the Defense of Competition and other public bodies.
