He started his professional career at “Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites, Arntsen& Martínez de Hoz (h)” where he worked between 2013 and 2014. He joined the Firm as an Associate in July 2014.

He is specialized in matters related to energy, construction, and real estate. Gonzalo advises clients from the start of business, carrying out legal risk analysis, and drafting and negotiating the corresponding contracts. He has experience in corporate law, where he advises clients on the incorporation and registration of companies and associative contracts. He also participates in corporate projects and mergers and acquisitions, highlighting his activity as leader of due diligence teams and his participation in the structuring and negotiation of SPAs and related contracts.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital.
