He specializes in administrative law and regulation of public services, works, and infrastructure. He provides legal advice related to the energy sector in electricity, oil, and gas. He forms part of the board of directors and the Supervisory Committee of various companies related to electricity.

He started his professional career in “Dabinovic & Asociados”, where he worked between 1980 and 1986, continuing, as Head of the Administrative Law Department, in SADE S.A. between 1986 and 1991, when he founded “Pozo Gowland & Koch”. The same, in 2006 was renamed “Pozo Gowland Abogados”.

He is a Professor of Administrative Procedural Law in the Specialization Course in Administrative Economic Law at the Catholic University of Argentina. He is a professor of regulation of public services in various postgraduate courses. He received awards from the Thomson Reuters Law Firm, the Academy of Sciences of Buenos Aires, and the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. He is a member of the Institute of Administrative Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences of Buenos Aires. He made various publications in books and magazines specialties related to administrative law and public services.
